Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $73,000–$109,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations.
• Manage Brownfield redevelopment remediation and related environmental services.
• Develop cost estimates, scopes of work, work breakdown structures, and cost proposals.
• Prepare response action plans, evaluate data, and produce technical reports.
• Coordinate and direct field staff, contractors, and internal and external resources.
• Communicate with clients, manage projects, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth or Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Direct experience with Brownfield Programs, including VIC and PBP.
• Ability to interpret technical reports, guidance documents, and governmental regulations related to environmental contamination.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
