Senior Site/Civil Land Development Director

Location: Glasgow, Kentucky, with work based in the Kentucky offices in Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington, or Owensboro

Salary: $175,234.85–$194,705.39 annually

What you will do

• Lead assigned engineering projects from notice to proceed through final closeout.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct project delivery, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Prepare and review civil site design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical proposal writeups.
• Review and approve plans, improvement plans, permitting submissions, and project invoices.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate engineers and technicians while determining staffing needs.
• Support new business development and represent hirify.global in client meetings and coordination conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15 or more years of experience or related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Full-time work in a Kentucky office is required.
