Lead Assistant Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)

Location: Murrieta Ave P1; onsite field construction role.

Annual base pay range: $115,000–$160,000, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Superintendent by overseeing field construction operations and coordinating subcontractor work across framing, roofing, concrete, sheetrock, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, plaster, and landscaping.
• Manage daily project safety and SWPPP compliance, including subcontractor safety and production meetings.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, inspections, and internal quality-control procedures.
• Build and manage project schedules, coordinate mobilization and deliveries, and help control project costs.
• Manage RFIs, photo documentation, and daily records in Procore.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, punch carpenters, and laborers; act as Superintendent when required and close out projects.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of construction experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
• At least five years of multifamily construction experience required.
• Familiarity with multifamily construction procedures.
• Experience with 150+ unit multifamily construction is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Regular onsite presence at the Murrieta Ave P1 construction location is required.
