What you will do

• Support sales staff and customers throughout the finance and insurance process.
• Build customer relationships and develop a referral network.
• Sell finance and insurance products and present financing options clearly.
• Prepare and submit accurate title, registration, and funding paperwork to finance sources.
• Maintain relationships with local and national lenders, bankers, and manufacturer representatives.
• Meet monthly objectives, comply with regulations, and coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize deal potential.

Requirements

• Previous automotive finance experience is required.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Ability to deliver a proper finance menu presentation and desk deals when needed.
• Understanding of tag and title laws and DMV processes.
• Knowledge of secondary lending and banking.
