Automotive Accounting Clerk - Warranty Cancellations (Automotive)

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma, USA; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do

• Review retail deals received from Finance and Insurance for accuracy.
• Process warranty cancellations.
• Verify and update weekly notes in the Reverse Risk report.
• Scan funding paperwork and deal jackets.
• Enter Cash in Transit notes in Reverse Risk and assist with deal jacket filing.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with internal customers, managers, and automotive retail sales staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP or CDK.
• Exposure to automotive retail accounting or tag agency work.
• Interest and aptitude in accounting or administrative work.
