Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $225,000–$240,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own product relationships across the chipset, module, OEM, and test-equipment ecosystem.
• Define engineering and integration priorities while balancing customer reach and technical feasibility.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global's NTN stack and relevant 3GPP features with chipset and test-vendor partners.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for partner prioritization, specification impact analysis, and certification updates.
• Lead the device program across sales, sales engineering, certification, and MNO stakeholders.
• Evolve the hirify.global Certified program, improve acceptance criteria, and use field failure data to revise certification standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, wireless systems engineering, or device ecosystem roles; a master's degree may count toward the experience requirement.
• Experience defining chipset, module, or device requirements with shipped outcomes that can be explained end to end.
• Ability to influence external partner roadmaps in support of service goals.
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards, modem behavior, RF, and certification methodology.
• Experience building a specific AI workflow for a recurring product-management task and demonstrating its output, time savings, and adoption.
• Daily use of modern AI tooling with the ability to explain the workflow in detail.
