Digital Web Print Operator, Night Shift (Xeikon)

Location: Lewis Center, Ohio, USA. Full-time onsite night shift: 11pm–5am Wednesday and 5pm–5am Thursday–Saturday.

What you will do

• Initiate and operate multiple digital print sequences simultaneously.
• Monitor print quality through proofing and sample checks.
• Manage network files, data interfaces, ERP logs, and work order documentation.
• Identify and report incoming data discrepancies to supervisors.
• Coordinate with facility managers, production leads, and project coordinators on urgent schedules, custom orders, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory, request technical service for equipment upkeep, and keep the workstation clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer literacy, including network folders, data interfaces, and ERP systems.
• Adaptability and willingness to cross-train across multiple technical tasks.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, use fine motor skills, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong visual accuracy, including close-range reading and color differentiation.
• Successful post-offer background check and drug screening required.
