Inplant Ink Room Manager (Ink Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the customer's site in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, USA

What you will do

• Provide technical service and act as a liaison between INX and the customer.
• Match colors, produce ink, and dispense ink at the customer site.
• Manufacture ink batches weighing under 150 lbs.
• Perform quality control tests on site-manufactured batches.
• Manage inventory and complete monthly consignment counts.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship through responsive service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of industry-related experience.
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, writing, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Nice to have

• Previous laboratory, inplant, warehouse, or ink industry experience.
• SAP knowledge.
• College degree.
