Customer Manager (Fixed Term-19 Months Contract)

Location: Remote — Canada; online role supporting Western Canada

Salary: CAD 83,329–128,327 for Sales roles

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts and execute customer plans, promotions, and trade programs.
• Develop customer strategies, support Joint Business Planning, and lead Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews.
• Monitor KPIs including volume, gross sales, net sales, and trade investment, recommending corrective actions.
• Analyze sales, forecasting, gap, and post-promotion data to identify growth opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
• Optimize trade investment and Net Revenue Management opportunities to improve return on investment.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply, Strategy, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Experience with Pattison Food Group, including Save-On Foods, and Federated Co-operatives Ltd.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian retail marketplace and category management across channels.
• Experience in retail, account management, and sales planning, with strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Strong presentation, financial, analytical, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• University degree or equivalent working experience.
