What you will do

• Process customer service documentation and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support call center and front-line customer service teams.
• Assist with complaint resolution processes.
• Work with multiple departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Handle mailroom duties when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clerical or customer service experience.
• Data entry, organization, and communication skills.
• Accuracy, reliability, and customer focus.
• Understanding of business tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
