Senior Analyst – Analytics & Reporting (Banking)

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and improve advanced dashboards and reporting tools for business performance monitoring.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop automation techniques to improve reporting efficiency while maintaining data and reporting standards.
• Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve data infrastructure and accessibility, and communicate complex findings clearly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intermediate experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, and industry compliance requirements.
• Experience managing projects, multiple priorities, deliverables, and presenting findings from large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning.
