Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance Team

Location: Hybrid work model at an assigned hirify.global site in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom or Santa Clara, California; or Hillsboro, Oregon, United States

What you will do

• Support the execution and adoption of enterprise data governance standards, controls, procedures, and decision frameworks.
• Coordinate governance operations, JIRA work tracking, backlogs, dependencies, capacity views, templates, and reporting.
• Develop and improve governance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, maturity measures, adoption metrics, and value-realization reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for business and operational improvement.
• Perform fit-gap, readiness, and risk assessments across data systems, processes, and domains.
• Bridge business, domain, architecture, platform, stewardship, and development teams to translate governance decisions into sustained practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, supply chain, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, data processes, business analysis, operations, or technology-enabled process improvement.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, clarifying ownership, and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, or KPI measurements.
• Experience with JIRA or similar work-management tools, plus fit-gap analysis, readiness assessment, risk identification, or implementation support.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience with business hirify.globalligence, data visualization, executive reporting, governance scorecards, maturity models, or adoption metrics.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, metadata, data lineage, data quality, or data stewardship.
• Familiarity with Collibra, Informatica, JIRA, Confluence, SAP, LRP, Atlas, or related enterprise data platforms.
