Data Intelligence Quality Manager

Location: Winter Haven or Tampa, Florida, United States of America. The role reports to a physical company location and operates in an office environment.

Salary: $101,718–$162,484 per year.

What you will do

• Establish and operate an enterprise-wide data quality program, including frameworks, standards, policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Define critical data elements, business rules, quality thresholds, metadata, and process flows with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Communities.
• Design and operationalize automated and manual data quality controls, profiling, monitoring, and source-level remediation.
• Develop data quality metrics, scorecards, and Power BI reporting to measure data health and program effectiveness.
• Lead data issue lifecycle management, root-cause analysis, remediation, and preventative process improvements.
• Coach stakeholders and partner with IT, Data, Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality, analytics, or process improvement.
• Experience defining critical data elements, business rules, thresholds, controls, data profiles, and remediation processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project plans and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of data quality dimensions, data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, and data catalog tools.
• Proficiency with SQL and/or data quality tools and BI platforms such as Power BI; banking, regulatory, compliance, and risk management knowledge is preferred.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience.
• DAMA CDMP, PMP, CAPM, Snowflake, Atlan, or Power BI certification.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and experience in Risk Management, Information Security, Information Technology, or Banking Operations.
