Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance Team

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site and off-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom or Santa Clara, California; or Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary: $116,010–$163,780 USD

What you will do

• Support the execution and adoption of enterprise data governance standards, controls, procedures, and decision frameworks.
• Manage governance operations, JIRA work tracking, backlogs, dependencies, capacity views, templates, and reporting.
• Develop and improve governance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, maturity indicators, adoption measures, and value-realization metrics.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for business and operational improvement.
• Perform fit-gap, readiness, and risk assessments for data systems, processes, and domains.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data domains, architecture, platform, stewardship, and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, supply chain, material science, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, data processes, business analysis, operations, or technology-enabled process improvement.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, clarifying ownership, and coordinating execution across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, or KPI measurements.
• Experience with JIRA or similar work-management tools, plus fit-gap analysis, readiness assessment, risk identification, or implementation support.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience with business hirify.globalligence, data visualization, executive reporting, governance scorecards, maturity models, or adoption metrics.
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management, metadata, lineage, data quality, stewardship, Collibra, Informatica, Confluence, SAP, LRP, or Atlas.
• Knowledge of hirify.global product life cycle, supply chain planning, manufacturing execution, product architecture, or planning and execution processes.
