JBATA - Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Onsite at HQ in San Diego, California, United States. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Salary: $26.00 per hour, with potential discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Perform data pulls, analysis, recurring reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems, reports, dashboards, and datasets.
• Investigate data discrepancies and conduct quality assurance reviews of reporting outputs and data extracts.
• Support administration of Azure DevOps, Tableau, and other reporting, analytics, and productivity platforms.
• Assist with automation, workflow improvements, integrations, technical configuration, and testing of system enhancements.
• Support AI-enabled reporting and productivity solutions, research emerging technologies, and document reporting logic and validation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and interest in AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar development and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow technologies.
