What you will do

• Lead and manage complex family office client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide accounting and advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and related entities.
• Manage a portfolio of key client relationships and develop long-term trusted advisor partnerships.
• Drive strategic growth of the Family Office practice in the Dallas market.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing engagements, and represent hirify.global in the marketplace.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting, advisory, or family office services.
• Demonstrated success serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including GAAP, partnership structures, and fund management companies.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and other family office accounting and financial management software.
• Proven business development experience and an established professional network in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• JD or MBA.
• Public accounting experience.
• Tax experience or exposure.
