Manager, Client Accounting Services (CAS) - Not for Profit (Accounting)

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $67,000–$159,920 per year

What you will do

• Oversee outsourced accounting and advisory services for multiple not-for-profit clients.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and benchmarking.
• Maintain effective internal controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support compliance with the appropriate accounting framework.
• Provide business recommendations, financial analysis, and process improvement guidance.
• Manage client engagement teams, streamline workflows, and coordinate with audit and tax functions.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff on accounting, tax, and client service matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Public accounting or BPO firm experience required, with 5+ years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience.
• Experience supporting not-for-profit clients is required.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or NetSuite required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Professional services or consulting experience.
• QuickBooks Online experience.
