Senior Manager - Finance and Accounting BPO/Managed Services

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; full-time, on-site role

What you will do

• Design and implement Global Business Services and target operating models across finance and other enterprise functions.
• Assess organizational and process maturity and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale, multi-process transformation programs involving automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflow platforms.
• Establish service management and performance frameworks, including SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead client transitions, migrations, operational readiness, change management, knowledge transfer, and risk mitigation.
• Direct cross-functional consulting teams, manage client delivery and satisfaction, support proposals and practice growth, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, Global Business Services, or management consulting.
• Expertise in shared services, outsourcing, BPO selection and contracting, transitions, target operating models, and performance management.
• Deep experience with Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement.
• Expert-level Power BI proficiency and strong working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, ERP systems, AI, and FP&A tools.
• Strong project and program management, executive communication, client relationship, and multi-stakeholder transformation leadership skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Technical accounting experience with IPOs, SPACs, M&A, and complex transactions.
• Experience working with private equity firms and portfolio companies.
