Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data & Analytics)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from offers and contractual agreements through onboarding.
• Lead internal and external recruitment activities, including internal mobility initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
• Own hiring pipelines across high-volume and niche roles, delivering against targets and timelines.
• Provide talent-market insights, define candidate profiles, and create compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, process quality, and high-quality job advertisements.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience across niche hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technology, or startup environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, interview, and assessment skills.
• Fluent English is required as the corporate language.
