Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Product (All Genders)

Location: Remote or hybrid, with locations in Berlin and other parts of Germany

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across Product, Tech, and Business, with Product as the primary area of focus.
• Partner with hiring managers and Product leadership to clarify requirements, calibrate candidates, and maintain high hiring standards.
• Build sourcing strategies using passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and keep assessments consistent as teams grow.
• Use funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source-effectiveness data to improve recruiting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Strong track record hiring for Product roles, with an understanding of discovery, roadmaps, metrics, and candidate impact.
• Experience hiring across Tech and Business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge hiring managers constructively.
• Experience building active and passive candidate pipelines and closing offers.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
