Talent Acquisition Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting process from job posting through contract preparation.
• Recruit for technical and business roles across all levels of seniority.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines and develop target-group-specific sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate fit and recruitment decisions.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, derive recommendations, and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Confident use of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong interest in professional networking and identifying suitable candidates for different teams.
