Talent Acquisition Manager

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting through contract preparation.
• Recruit for technical and business roles across all seniority levels.
• Source talent proactively through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and strategically maintain sustainable talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers and develop target-group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, recommend actions, and represent the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Confident use of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for professional networking and strong judgment in identifying suitable candidates.
