Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive talent sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database accuracy while improving hiring processes with HR and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
