What you will do

• Deliver core HR services and support annual people processes, employee initiatives, and associate experience.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, costs, and process performance to recommend improvements.
• Manage recruitment vendors, contracts, invoices, recruitment systems, and Workday usage.
• Manage employment pass and work permit processes for foreign employees and coordinate with government authorities.
• Support the HR Director, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and HR Services on strategic and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with strong learning agility may also apply.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.
• Hands-on experience with direct labour recruitment and foreign worker processes, including quota applications, permit renewals, transfers, and terminations.
• Experience working with government agencies and external authorities, including Immigration, PERKESO/SOCSO, Labour Office, and foreign embassies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Experience with HRIS, Workday, recruitment systems, or vendor management is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated environment.
• IT background or experience supporting HR systems and digital HR initiatives.
