Location: Onsite in Bremen or Darmstadt, Germany

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and pre-screening to interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Source applicants globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Qualify candidates with Business Developers and produce shortlists for open roles.
• Conduct telephone, face-to-face, and Teams interviews while building strong candidate relationships.
• Negotiate contractual conditions and maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment administration.
• Develop attraction initiatives and support marketing events, conferences, and other recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including international recruitment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, diverse cultures, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, organisation, and time-management skills.
• German at native or near-native level is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
