Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Compensation: Base salary plus commission, bonuses, manufacturer incentives, and other performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Support sales staff and customers throughout the automotive finance and insurance process.
• Build customer relationships and develop referral networks.
• Sell finance and insurance products and provide clear menu presentations.
• Prepare and submit accurate title and funding paperwork to lenders and finance sources.
• Work with sales professionals, service advisors, bankers, and manufacturer representatives to maximize deal potential.
• Meet monthly objectives while following local and national regulations.

Requirements

• Prior automotive finance experience required.
• Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Knowledge of tag and title laws and DMV requirements.
• Ability to work with lenders, bankers, and manufacturer representatives.
• Knowledge of secondary loans and banking products.
