Asset Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Lead asset management for a designated portfolio of multifamily new-construction assets, including market-rate, workforce, tax-credit, and build-to-rent communities.
• Oversee recurring meetings and calls with property management and revenue management teams.
• Manage monthly operating statements, annual budgets, and business plans for new assets.
• Analyze multifamily valuations, waterfalls, cash management, property financials, and sell/hold decisions.
• Manage investor communications, site tours, quarterly updates, property management onboarding, and pre-lease-up activities.
• Support construction owner’s representative activities and manage third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, urban planning, accounting, real estate, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily asset management, including multifamily development and lease-up experience.
• Experience working with capital partners, market analytics, asset management, and property operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to independently provide technical input and make decisions throughout the real estate project lifecycle.
