What you will do

• Support the management and analysis of operational processes related to special-asset valuations.
• Develop and administer processing models for special assets.
• Support internal partners with operational processes and procedures as a consultant and resource.
• Assist management in evaluating operational risks and developing operational support models and standards.
• Maintain ongoing operational support according to established standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of capital management, commercial real estate lending, investment management, operational processes, and operational risk.
• Experience with financial statement analysis, general ledger activities, planning, Access, and Excel.
• Strong Excel and OneNote skills, adaptability, solution-focused thinking, and excellent communication.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of real estate.
• Experience with oil, gas, and mineral interests.
