Asset Management Group Development Program Analyst/Associate

Location: PA - Pittsburgh (15222), United States; in-office work. Geographic flexibility is important, with opportunities available throughout hirify.global's footprint.

Base salary: $39,100–$126,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Participate in a two-year Asset Management Group development program combining classroom training and on-the-job learning.
• Support client-facing and sales-support activities, including deal, sales, process, and client interaction support.
• Assist with investment management activities, including investment strategy, asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction analysis.
• Support internal projects and contribute to excellent internal and external client service.
• Build relationships with business representatives and peers through mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; relevant majors include finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, marketing, management, communications, engineering, and related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, effective communication, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
