LIHTC Leasing Consultant

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado, USA; on-site at Pines at Castle Rock

Salary: $22–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Promote available units and amenities through online platforms, signage, and outreach.
• Explain lease terms, application requirements, pricing, community policies, and lease provisions.
• Process applications, resident files, recertifications, renewals, and waitlists.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and maintenance team to support quality work and resolve resident issues.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and complete assigned reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.
• Required: Knowledge of Yardi property management software.
• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and Cal-OSHA.
• Experience or proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Nice to have

• English-Spanish bilingual ability.
• Knowledge of affordable housing and government programs.
