Location: Horn Lake, Mississippi, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do
- Lead purchasing, inventory management, supplier selection, negotiations, stocking levels, and material organization.
- Manage approximately 15–20 schedulers, planners, and other supply chain team members.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Scheduling, Sales, and Marketing to support material availability and order fulfillment.
- Use ERP/MRP systems to manage demand, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and material requirements.
- Improve purchasing, stocking, lead-time, lot-sizing, inventory accuracy, and supply chain processes.
- Analyze operational reports and variances, recommend improvements, and support cost reduction, continuous improvement, scrap, recycling, and production consumables initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite at the Horn Lake, Mississippi manufacturing facility.
- 2–4 years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, purchasing, inventory management, production scheduling, demand planning, and supplier management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and leading salaried and hourly employees.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, make business decisions, and collaborate across organizational levels.
