What you will do

• Supervise, review, and mentor estimators and estimating engineers.
• Develop and oversee conceptual and detailed estimates for assigned projects.
• Lead major estimating efforts, estimate reporting, scope reviews, and value engineering tracking.
• Collect and analyze close-out and benchmark data and maintain database pricing updates.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal operations teams.
• Present estimating results to clients and stakeholders while driving deadlines and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, engineering, business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least eight years of estimating experience in construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural trades.
• Experience with conceptual and detailed estimating, estimating software, and on-screen takeoff.
• Strong presentation, analytical, decision-making, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience completing large CM, GC, CM-at-Risk, design-build, and complex competitive bid projects.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
