Superintendent (Mission Critical)

Location: Vienna, Virginia, United States; full-time on-site role.

Salary: $105,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project site operations, including access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction.
• Participate in RFP responses, presentations, client interviews, business development, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, weekly look-aheads, field updates, and on-site documentation.
• Coordinate field teams, trade partners, owner vendors, architects, engineers, and the Project Manager.
• Lead safety meetings, uphold OSHA standards, resolve site challenges, and minimize cost and schedule impacts.
• Manage closeout activities, inspections, punch lists, equipment commissioning, and owner or vendor training.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical projects; degree-based alternatives are also accepted.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and trade partner coordination.
• Strong construction trade background and technical knowledge.
• Experience coordinating budgets, plans, specifications, architects, engineers, and project management teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, problem-solving, flexibility, and team-first attitude.
