What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy in alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Partner with commercial teams to improve vendor health, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Adapt vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies to local market requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify underperforming vendors, and implement rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations or onboarding, performance management, or program management.
• Experience in food delivery, ecommerce, FMCG, or technology is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
• Expertise in vendor performance management, operational scaling, and efficiency improvement.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
