What you will do

• Lead a team of highly motivated country managers.

• Optimize operational processes to accelerate growth across all dimensions.
• Lead company projects aimed at increasing the local market position.
• Initiate and implement strategic and operational initiatives for local marketplaces, B2C, and B2B.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in e-commerce or consulting.
• Profound business knowledge of Western European markets.
• Expertise in business development and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and German (oral & written).
• Position is limited to 12 months.
