Senior Category Manager with French (E-commerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 60% of the time in the office and 40% at home. Up to 20 days of work abroad may be available in approved countries.

What you will do

• Support the annual category and promotional plans for the French and Belgian markets.
• Implement promotions, pricing updates, banners, landing pages, category pages, and product selections across shop systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Shop Operations, Graphics, Vendor Management, Pricing, Product, and Cluster leadership teams.
• Monitor competitor pricing, price indices, promotional budgets, campaign performance, margin, ROI, and net sales.
• Manage shop and shelf presentation, including product listings, search, recommendations, filters, sorting, upsell, and cross-sell logic.
• Analyze performance deviations, identify execution issues, and prepare clear reports and action proposals.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Structured, reliable, hands-on, and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple operational topics and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
• The fixed-term contract lasts 18 months.
