Program Manager

Location: Germany; remote or office work

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Align multiple projects with business goals and client expectations.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive program governance, risk management, mitigation, reporting, and process improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations and time zones.
• Support pre-sales activities and mentor project managers and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or digital services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including risk and dependency management.
• Fluent German and strong English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar certification.
