Retail Media & Commercial Controlling Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage existing client relationships and acquire new retail media partners.
• Advise clients on retail media solutions and plan, present, and execute Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns.
• Coordinate campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes.
• Support the improvement and automation of internal controlling processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical affinity, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Customer-focused communication and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English; proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style.
