Adult Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: North Brunswick Township, New Jersey, USA. Professional nurse licensure in New Jersey is required.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach adult health nursing students through clinical instruction and, when assigned, didactic course content.
• Plan clinical experiences and provide direct supervision while students deliver nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback.
• Develop clinical assignments aligned with students’ knowledge, competencies, and learning needs.
• Provide remediation and maintain communication with clinical agencies, course coordinators, and college administration.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, retention initiatives, policy implementation, and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to collaborate, build consensus, solve problems, and maintain professional standards.
