Nalley Automotive Used Car Manager (Automotive Sales)

Location: Union City, Georgia, United States

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus pay, based on experience and performance.

What you will do

• Support sales staff and work directly with customers throughout the sales process.
• Build customer relationships and develop referral networks.
• Train and support sales professionals, assist with closing sales, and take turnover opportunities to maximize deal potential.
• Manage sales-department operations, including deal desk work, gross logs, and RDR cars.
• Purchase vehicles from auctions and off-lease returns and complete trade appraisals.
• Manage inventory control in line with the 60-day turn policy and coordinate with local and national vendors.

Requirements

• Prior sales leadership and dealership experience.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships and handle high-volume business professionally.
• Understanding of inventory control and used-car sales operations.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet tools, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM systems, ADP, and Netlook.
• Experience desk-dealing for sales professionals and managing trade appraisals is required.
