Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects - Public Sector (Data & AI)

Location: Maryland; remote from Virginia or Washington, D.C. U.S. citizenship is required to support Public Sector clients and access classified information. Travel of up to 30% is required around the D.C. Metro area.

Salary: $197,100–$270,975 USD annually, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Solution Architects.
• Shape and monitor post-sales execution strategy for Public Sector customers.
• Orchestrate resources, assign accounts, and distribute work for effective customer coverage.
• Serve as a technical sponsor and thought leader for selected customers and their technical executives.
• Accelerate use-case go-lives, usage growth, and production deployment of data products and workloads.
• Partner with Sales, pre-sales, professional services, and cross-functional teams to reduce customer risk and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to Public Sector client support and classified information access.
• 7+ years of successful customer-facing experience.
• Proven delivery experience with SaaS technologies, particularly data analytics, data warehousing, data engineering, ETL, machine learning, AI, or data science.
• Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and enablement.
• Experience deploying workloads or data products into production in a delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner role.
• Experience advising technical executives and leading architecture discussions, go-lives, execution plans, and customer growth strategies.
