Manager, Technical Solutions (AdTech)

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in office)

Salary: $180,200 - $252,300 USD

What you will do

• Supervise and mentor Technical Solutions Managers, providing strategic coaching and professional growth.
• Oversee ads signals enablement, including pixel implementation and conversions API integration.
• Lead broad-reaching technical initiatives across Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove revenue-impeding obstacles.
• Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot client technical challenges and meet service level targets.
• Relay advertiser insights and operational feedback to shape product development and GTM strategies.
• Implement process and tooling improvements to optimize workflows and scale support models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical support role or similar
• 3+ years of experience in people management leading technical ICs
• Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems, pixel implementation, and conversions API.
• Experience using AI tools and machine learning workflows to optimize troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with data management platforms (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Looker, Sense).
• BA/BS degree.
