Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects (Data+AI)

Location: Remote - Washington D.C.; travel up to 30% around the D.C. Metro area.

Salary: $197,100–$270,975 USD annually, with potential annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Manage, hire, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Solution Architects supporting public sector customers.
• Shape and monitor post-sales technical execution strategy and optimize account coverage and resource allocation.
• Guide customers and technical executives on architecture, use cases, project execution plans, and production deployment.
• Partner with Sales, pre-sales, professional services, and partners to accelerate customer usage and growth.
• Reduce customer risk by addressing escalations, blockers, and delivery issues with cross-functional teams.
• Build the Delivery Solution Architecture practice, improve internal processes, and maintain a strong hiring pipeline.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to public sector client support.
• 7+ years of successful experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience delivering SaaS technologies, particularly data analytics, data warehousing, data engineering, ETL, machine learning, AI, or data science solutions.
• Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and enablement.
• Experience deploying workloads or data products into production in a delivery architecture, project management, DevOps, or service/product ownership role.
• Ability to advise technical executives and lead architecture discussions, use-case go-lives, execution planning, and customer growth strategy.
