Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
Salary: $80,000β$100,000 per year, plus bonus.

What you will do
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies, annual price adjustments, surcharge programs, margin improvement initiatives, and price harmonization projects.
- Analyze customer, product, channel, market, sales, margin, and profitability data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, pricing models, and analyses using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
- Maintain price lists, pricing files, databases, dashboards, and data quality across pricing systems.
- Support pricing approval workflows, exception reviews, governance, controls, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and other commercial stakeholders on pricing decisions and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1β3 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, business analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis or reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a detail-oriented, test-and-learn approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, water technology, infrastructure, or B2B markets.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, CPQ, and pricing management platforms.
- Exposure to value-based pricing, pricing strategy, and commercial excellence practices.
