AI Training and Enablement

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with a mandatory minimum of 2 days per week in the New York office.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver AI training through one-on-one coaching, staff meetings, virtual sessions, in-person workshops, practitioner training, and executive briefings.
• Design role- and level-appropriate curricula for NB-GPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and emerging AI tools.
• Create newsletters, SharePoint content, quick-reference guides, templates, and short- and long-form training videos.
• Lead internal AI communications, including updates on tools, features, best practices, governance, and executive summaries.
• Track firmwide AI adoption by seniority tier and target upskilling efforts where they have the greatest impact.
• Grow AI communities, working groups, developer calls, demos, showcases, and peer learning opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in training, enablement, learning and development, internal communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and LLMs, including NB-GPT, Claude Enterprise, or Microsoft 365 Copilot; deep engineering expertise is not required.
• Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or educational content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Confidence presenting to audiences of any size, both virtually and in person.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Internal communications, content, marketing, or campaign coordination experience.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with prompt engineering, custom assistants, and video creation or editing tools.
• Instructional design or adult learning background.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
