Annual salary: $97,375–$172,200

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver large-scale AI literacy and upskilling programs through workshops, webinars, e-learning, and on-demand resources.
• Manage AI learning and development projects from goal setting and roadmap development through execution, evaluation, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and curate practical learning content, including workshops, job aids, prompt libraries, and just-in-time learning support.
• Facilitate live demonstrations and hands-on training for generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and LLM-based platforms.
• Partner with Technology, Communications, People, Operations, governance, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with enterprise AI strategy and responsible AI policies.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience leading large-scale learning and development, talent or organizational development, technology enablement, or transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience developing AI-related or technology-fluency curricula and enabling enterprise upskilling with AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications, prompt engineering, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, and their integration into business workflows.
• Strong program and project management skills, including roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI enablement, digital transformation, technology adoption, enterprise learning platforms, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Claude.
• AI, program management, project management, PMP, or Agile certification.
• Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Learning Experience Design background or certification.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and learning analytics.
