Dedicated Clinical Trainer (Mental Health)

Location: Ideally based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $86,000–$98,000 per year for a full-time position

What you will do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality clinical trainings, including live and on-site events.
• Collaborate with corporate customers, internal stakeholders, and global providers to tailor training and programming to account needs.
• Develop clinical content and training materials using instructional design, adult learning, and modern engagement techniques.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including virtual platforms, provider selection, materials, and evaluation metrics.
• Expand clinical training offerings and improve measurement of training effectiveness.
• Support Wellsprings initiatives and on-site health fairs as required.

Requirements

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy, such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including at least 1 year of post-licensure experience.
• Experience with instructional design and clinical content development.
• Background in corporate training or public speaking, with knowledge of adult learning principles, virtual engagement, and training evaluation.
• High competency with virtual learner engagement and proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and webinar or event platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; applications from individuals requiring clinical supervision cannot be accepted.
