Developer Relations Education Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay area. Regular travel for conferences and occasional evening or weekend events is required; there is no in-office requirement.

Salary: $100,000–$175,000 annual salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Write technical blog posts and tutorials for Arize and external publications.
• Produce educational videos, explainers, walkthroughs, and internal enablement content.
• Run webinars end to end, from topic selection and demos through follow-up content.
• Build and deliver courses, conference talks, and hands-on workshops with demo applications and exercises.
• Adapt research and educational material across blogs, video, webinars, courses, social channels, and documentation.
• Build AI-assisted production pipelines and turn community feedback into product insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer education, technical content, or an engineering role producing public material.
• A portfolio containing recorded talks, videos, courses, blog posts, or workshops.
• Ability to teach technical concepts live, present on stage, and work comfortably on camera.
• Current engineering skills sufficient to build the demo applications being taught.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based application development, including agents, RAG, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools in a production process or a clear interest in building AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI evaluation and observability products or technologies.
• Experience creating courses with platforms such as Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, LinkedIn Learning, Maven, or O'Reilly.
• Video production, editing, or technical YouTube channel experience.
• Experience getting talks accepted at major industry conferences.
• Open-source project experience and active participation in technical communities.
