Salary: USD 17.60–21.97 per hour

What you will do

• Drive, monitor, and achieve store profit, sales, and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department operations, efficiency, compliance, costs, budgets, and resources.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure quality standards are met.
• Execute merchandising, pricing promotions, marketing initiatives, and company operating standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach Opticians, CL Sales associates, and, where applicable, Receptionists.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and development of store associates.

Requirements

• Maintain an optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervising experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
