What you will do

• Drive and monitor profit, sales, performance goals, operating costs, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and mentor Opticians and Contact Lens Sales associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure associates provide a positive customer experience.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, pricing promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and development of store associates.

Requirements

• Optical license required as mandated by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
