Pediatric Clinical Faculty (Part-time)

Location: North Brunswick Township, New Jersey, USA

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach clinical nursing courses and implement curriculum objectives and program outcomes.
• Plan pediatric clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and timely assessment of student work.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Coordinate with course coordinators, administrators, clinical agencies, and faculty to address student and agency concerns.
• Contribute to program development, assessment activities, retention efforts, and campus operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of pediatric registered nursing practice experience within the past five years.
• Professional nursing licensure in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to support students through clinical instruction, evaluation, and remediation.
